House Rules: *No parties or events *No Commercial photography or Videos allowed *No pets allowed *No smoking or vaping - smoke free property For the security of our guests, vehicles and the safety of our building, we have external security cameras that cover both the Private Parking lot behind our building and the front sidewalk/parking area. Immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of the Beaver Dam with our downtown location. Here, the summer months come alive with a variety of festivities including street festivals, carnivals, music, and parades, making your stay memorable. While these events typically wind down by dusk, around 9:00-9:30 PM, they are a highlight for many of our guests. However, we recommend considering this if you're sensitive to noise, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
